All the leaves are brown and the sky is indeed grey. It’s certainly looks Autumnal in Dublin 9 these days. There’s a crisp chill in the air and the leaves are falling on Griffith Avenue and surrounding.

But we don’t mind, we love this time of year at twenty2 and we wanted to reward our regular customers and any new ones with a fabulous €45 Autumn Dining Offer. Just launched and sure to sell well. You can enjoy this offer any day of the week between now and Friday November 30th 2018.

The offer is a two course meal for two people from a selected menu with a glass of house wine, soft drink or coffee (we don’t serve beer). You can choose from starter and main course OR main course and dessert. You must buy the offer online as it is not available directly.

If one glass is not enough, fear not. You can upgrade to a full bottle of any wine from our extensive collection. We will deduct €12 from the price of any bottle you wish to have instead and you can settle this amount on the night.

We value the locals so much and have such a strong community here in Dublin 9 we have dedicated two full days to the Regulars Menu focusing on well priced restaurant dining in your area.

We also recently launched Kids Eat Free every Tuesday and Wednesday. This means parents and guardians can come to twenty2 restaurant and order a main course from the a la carte or the Regulars Menu and one child (under 12) eats for free! One child per adult 1-close Tuesday and Wednesdays.

Browsing The Irish Times over a cappuccino on a Saturday morning is one of life's little pleasures. We have now extended our Early Bird hours to Monday 12-5pm. (We close at 5pm on Mondays). Tuesday & Wednesday 12pm-9.30pm and Thursday through Sunday 12pm-6.30pm.

That means 2 courses are €22 or 3 courses for €25, including tea or coffee. Great value, quality modern European cooking and super service makes us the neighbourhood everyone wants to visit.

Karl Brown joins Twenty2

We are delighted to welcome Karl Brown to Twenty2 Restaurant. Karl brings over 10+ years experience. He started his career in Deep restaurant in Howth whilst training in the culinary arts. Karl has worked in Michelin star restaurants L'Ecrivain, One Pico and Patrick Guilbaud. He joins us after a brief stint at Nick Munier's, Avenue. 

He keeps his cooking simple with respect for traditional cuisine in both cooking techniques and flavour combinations. He works with the seasons to allow the best produce shine through for the dishes.

Taking inspiration from traditional Irish food. We are sure to see some takes on classics with a flare for clean foods cooked simply. We hope you will enjoy Karl's food, he brings a fresh enthusiasm to the team. He claims they are the ones who allows his imagination to reflect on the plate.
