Karl Brown joins the Twenty2 Restaurant team as Head Chef in June 2017.
Karl will bring 10 years+ of knowledge to Twenty2. He is keen to respect traditional cuisine and rates Irish food as one of the best in the world. What I will bring to twenty2 is simplicity and creativity with the help from my team. They are the ones who allow my imagination to reflect on the plate. I like clean foods cooked simply and dressed elegantly using current trends.
Karl started his career in Deep restaurant in Howth whilst studying culinary arts. He has worked with some big names in Dublin and most recently was sous chef at Nick Meunier's Avenue.

Aisling has been with Twenty2 from the beginning. When she's not receiving fabulous bouquets of flowers and serving tasty meals at Twenty2 she is designing and making her own jewelry.
