We are delighted to welcome Karl Brown to Twenty2 Restaurant. Karl brings over 10+ years experience. He started his career in Deep restaurant in Howth whilst training in the culinary arts. Karl has worked in Michelin star restaurants L'Ecrivain, One Pico and Patrick Guilbaud. He joins us after a brief stint at Nick Munier's, Avenue.
He keeps his cooking simple with respect for traditional cuisine in both cooking techniques and flavour combinations. He works with the seasons to allow the best produce shine through for the dishes.
Taking inspiration from traditional Irish food. We are sure to see some takes on classics with a flare for clean foods cooked simply. We hope you will enjoy Karl's food, he brings a fresh enthusiasm to the team. He claims they are the ones who allows his imagination to reflect on the plate.
